are pills and tablets like Ativan, temazepam and Valium which are
prescribed by doctors to people who have suffered a major upset in
their lives like the death of a family member. |

They may also be prescribed to those who feel worried, tense or who cannot sleep. |

If they are taken for long enough, people feel they cannot do without them. |
|
|
Some young people have taken these pills with alcohol and died.
